Gourmet Goodies can create a specialty cake ideal for any occasion. Whether you are planning a shower, anniversary, birthday or holiday celebration, our specialty cakes are the finishing touch!

All cakes, unless otherwise noted, are $50.00 for 10" (serves about 18-20) and $65.00 for 12" (serves about 25-30). Cakes can also be made in 6”, 8”, and 14” sizes (Tarts excluded) - call for pricing.

The specialty cakes listed below may also be created as a wedding cake for an additional charge – ask us for details.

Decadent Treasure –1998 Chocolate Ball Winner!! A Gourmet Goodies specialty, this cake contains a pecan caramel base, layered with white chocolate ganache (gah-NAHSH; a combination of chocolate and cream, melted together) and praline mousse. It is finished with ganache and a mini mousse cup to garnish each piece. 10" - $55.00; 12" - $65.00

Italian Dream - Layers of chocolate chip ricotta filling, nestled between moist white cake, iced in buttercream and topped with chocolate shavings and a mini cannoli.

Chocolate Indulgence - Flourless chocolate cake with white chocolate ganache and chocolate mousse, covered in ganache…A chocoholics fantasy!!

White Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake - White cake layered with raspberry jam, fresh raspberries, and raspberry & white chocolate mousse.

Banana Split - White cake generously layered with banana custard, strawberries, strawberry jam, whip cream and rich ganache. Sure to please any palate!!

Strawberry Sin - Fluffy white chocolate mousse, whole strawberries, and strawberry jam, sandwiched between two layers of white cake, finished with whip cream and white chocolate shavings.

Black Forest Cake - Chocolate cake soaked with kirsh, alternating layers of cherries and chocolate whipped cream, iced in whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Harvey Wall-Banger - Rum soaked lemon cake, layered with lemon curd and whipped cream, garnished with toasted coconut.

Italian Rum Cake - White cake soaked with rum syrup, layered with rum pastry cream and whipped cream, garnished with almonds. 10" - $55.00; 12" - $65.00

Tiramisu - Espresso soaked lady fingers, layered with marscapone (Italian sweet cheese) and rum filling – finished with cocoa powder. 10" - $55.00; 12" - $65.00

Opera Torte - Chocolate and white cake soaked with kahlua, generously layered with chocolate ganache and mocha buttercream.

Carrot Cake - moist layers of spice cake laced with carrots, walnuts, raisins and pineapple with a cream cheese icing.

Fresh Fruit Tart - Shortdough crust, chocolate, pastry cream, strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges and any other fruit in season. Finished with apricot glaze and almonds. $20.00 serves 12-14

Cheesecake - Graham cracker base, topped with creamy cheesecake filling and fruit of your choice. Choose a flavor of…chocolate chip, marble, raspberry swirl, turtle, and many more!!

Hazelnut Torte - Hazelnut flavored cake generously layered with mocha and fudge buttercream and iced in ganache…a show stopper!!
