All Individual Servings, unless otherwise noted, are $6.00 each.

White Chocolate Lasagna - A chocolate cake base, layers of raspberry jam and fresh raspberries, chocolate “lasagna” sheets and topped with white chocolate mousse. Served into squares. (minimum order of 4)

Chocolate Almond Timbale – Begins with a chocolate cake base, chocolate almond mousse, covered with ganache and sliced almonds.

Fresh Fruit Tarts - Tart dough, melted chocolate, custard, sliced fruit in season, garnished with apricot glaze and sliced almonds

Crème Brule Tart - Creamy vanilla custard filling baked in its own shell, garnished with sliced fruit in season.

Apple Cheese Tarts - Sweet tart crust, layered with creamy cheesecake filling, sliced apples, almonds and cinnamon.

Tiramisu Squares - Espresso soaked ladyfingers, layered with rum laced marscapone filling. (minimum order of 4)

Peanutty Butter Cups - Chocolate tart dough, layered with peanut butter, ganache, white chocolate shavings and peanuts

Kentucky Derby Tarts - Shortdough crust filled with pecans, chocolate chips and laced with bourban
