Debra Stirone, President and Owner |
Debra
is a 1989 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, one of
the most renowned institution in the United States for culinary
education. (www.ciachef.edu)
Debra
honed her expertise as pastry chef for the Breakers Hotel and
Resort; Palm Beach, FL as well as many hotels, restaurants and
resorts in Upstate New York, California and Hawaii.
She brings more than 15 years in the pastry business and is
meticulous about ensuring her customer’s satisfaction.

Julie
Gallinaro, Assistant Pastry Chef

A 1987 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America,
Julie has 25 years experience in culinary arts. She has perfected
her talent in places such as The Garden City Hotel, NYC, as the assistant
pastry chef, as well as at Mattisse Restaurant, Napa Valley, CA.
Blue Ribbon Winner at a NYC food show, Julie brings her expertise,
creativity and personalization to everything she does.
